“Bradshaw”

U.S. Army First Lieutenant Brian Bradshaw, 24, of Steilacoom, Washington, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based in Fort Richardson, Alaska, died in Kheyl, Afghanistan, on June 25th, 2009, from wounds suffered when insurgents detonated a roadside bomb near his vehicle. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Mary, and brother Robert.

  2. Felt pretty slow today, but finished in 38:11. Mods: purple band for pullups, 105 for DLs an HSPU on a box.

    39:21 = pikes on a box, 85# DL, banded pull ups, double unders

    First time doing deadlifts for reps without hurting my back. Yay!

    The du/du attempts really wore me out and took a lot of my time

    I counted attempts on the double unders, but mostly I was legit, jus slow on these. Several times I was able to get 10 to 15 on my first set. Then it broke down.

  11. Felt tired going in, so I was pleased to get through 9 rounds in 45:22. Pike push ups from the floor, 95# DL, push ups with red then plus tiny red then green, DUs one at a time and when the attempts started hurting, I counted them.
