20 Kettlebell Swings (55#/35#)
25 Deadlifts (185#/135#)
100 Double Unders

    16:12 with modified everything except DLs.
    Managed to jog 400 instead of DU.

    1st 5 HSPUs to one abmat, remaining 15 to 2 abmats
    35# KB, 95# DL to protect back.

    DUs were with me this morning. It was the 8:30 rocking crew because I did 2 sets of 10 Dus!! Rest were sets of 5 and I did pike HSPUs.

  4. 17:30 This was a fun one. I like workouts with lots of stuff in them.

    Nothing was Rx except the double unders, done mostly in sets of 10.

    Double-under goals: Don’t stop at 10. Keep going and see what happens! And don’t rest so much between sets.

  5. 12:50 with the following mods:
    Pike pushups
    Deads scaled to 115 due to back. Did the KBS at 35; not sure if that was good or not.
    Singles 3:1 for DU due to screaming plantar fasciitis.

  6. 10:54 with 75# PP for HSPU. I usually do banded HSPUs but my neck is still messed up. Fun chipper! Great crew at 8:30 with DC at the helm.

  7. Did everything at minimum weight since it’s been over a month—yes, over a month—since I’ve been at the gym. Thanks to CFRX I had no issues hiking up mountains or dodging baby rattlesnakes during my camping adventures.

  9. I really liked this workout!

    Mods were 45# strict push press for HSPU and 10# wall balls (heavier wall balls always leave me with a weird long-lasting pain in the left shoulder).

    Not sure of the time, but I don’t pay much attention to time right now 🙂

  11. 15:44. Getting closer to unassisted HSPU, used a couple bands for this one. Everything else was rx.
