    4*400m runs (more like waddles): 8 or 9:xx

  2. Not feeling strong or fast today. C&J: 90#. Runs: 8:30.

  3. 195#, 5:32 If I remember. Hot.

  4. 6:07. Surprisingly difficult.

  5. 140# clean and jerk, PR. 6:19 on the workout.

  6. Clean and jerk 75 (PR)
    Runs : 6:47
    Splits were pretty consistent at 1:20, 1:23, 1:20, 1:24

  7. Starting to feel like my torn muscle is better 17 days later:-)
    Still taking it easy did lighter C and J up to 115# for Clean

    Step-ups on small box while runners ran. Now icing in hopes of no pain tomorrow.

    Come Tuesday will be back with normal programming (probably a little light and a lot slow)!!
