  1. 8:13 with 15 # dumbbells.
    45# 5×2 snatch

  2. Snatch: 45#, couldn’t seem to keep my balance with 50

    Wod: 6:xx, 15# dumb bells (should’ve tried with 20#)

  3. Practiced snatch @ 65#
    4:57, with 25# DB thrusters in place of HSC thrusters

  4. Practiced snatch with 38#. Maybe one day, when I’m around 80, I’ll get this movement.

    Metcon was slow slow slow with 15# DB and double unders, which were stumbly: 11:57

    For kicks did a 140# farmer’s carry. My left hand failed at 1:51. About 10 more seconds and I would have beaten KELLY. Ha!!!! Sarah H. held on for more than three minutes!

    • Oops: 11:37, not 11:57. Yay!

  5. Worked up to 95# snatch. 11:06 with 25# dumbbells for the metcon.

  6. Subbed sumo deadlifts instead of snatch.

    cleaned a 20 lb med ball and then did a shoulder press.
    I look forward to workout without injuries 🙂 and also to
    the day that I can string some double unders together!!!!!!!

    17:01 Double unders are not my friend, but they will be soon.

  7. Snatch practice @ 70# then metcon in 7:52 w/35# DBs
    then just for fun, 20 rep back squat twice, 100# then 110#.

  8. Did 95# snatch, not sure what my 1 rep max is at this point.

    8:07 with 35# DBs. Street is a beast.
