 30 Push ups
 30 KB Swings (70, 55)
 30 Cals on Rower

  2. Practiced light power cleans @ 95#.
    Subbed wall balls for KB swings. ~21:40

  3. There were too many people for the ergs so I volunteered to run OH THANK GOD.

    > 25# KB unbroken first round, split in half second and third rounds.

    > Hand-release push ups first round, knees second round, bizarro combination third round.

    About 22 minutes (timer confusion).

    My hat’s off to all those who rowed this. Holy badword! My arms they is a-shakin’.

  4. Power cleans: 75#

    Metcon: 30+ minutes (slow!), regular pushups for rd 1 and then 1/2 of them on knees for the other rds, 45# kbs, run for rd 1 and row for other rd

    This one left me with jelly arms!

  8. Made this up on Memorial Day, 5/28. Subbed light wall balls for the heavy KBS because my back is bothering me.
