    I was slow the entire 20 minutes to work on form and make sure my toes-to-bar stuck (when I got my first 3 in a row I was shocked so I went slowly and made sure to keep touching the bar and….I DID!!) So today’s WOD, Rx!! 🙂 Yippee!!

    72# on the power cleans. No back pain during, but some soreness after.
    Toes toward bar after the first few.

  8. Jessica K and I went to an Olympic lifting class yesterday, and I gotta say, 95 pound cleans are a lot easier with improved form. 7 rounds + 7 with no failed clean attempts.
