10 Minutes to:
5 x 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk

Note: Find a challenging weight and keep it constant across all 5 sets. Rest if needed…this may range from “zero rest” to a max of 60 seconds between sets.

Handstand Push Ups (strict)
Burpee Box Jumps (24″ )

ALWAYS use protection…as Rx’d

  1. Practiced push jerk and split jerk at light weight. My back felt ok.
    65, 75, 85, 95

    Metcon:
    11:05
    pike pushups from the floor
    20″ burpee box jump.

  2. Push jerk/split jerk practice: 55, 75, 85, 95, 95

    Metcon: strict 45# push press and mama burpee 24-inch step-ups (21/15/9)

  3. HSPU w kipping
    Took along time. But first time w HSPU 21 15 9.
