    Diane: 8 or 9:20, 155# DL, 45# strict push press (in place of hspu)

    • Correction: 135# dead lifts

  4. I had 73 sit ups also, Terri! We are dy-no-mite! Especially you because you have so much farther to travel than me on a sit up!

    PR’d my Diane which makes me happy since I haven’t PR’d in a long while. 8:59 with 135# DL and pike push ups from floor
