  1. Subbed 7 back extensions on the minute for dead lifts

    16:08 for the dips / pistols. Did pistols to a weight stack.

  2. I don’t remember what my time was today, but I just wanna say, my butt HURTS from all those pistols!

  3. 11:13. Dips Rx, but pistols were off 20″ box. Deadlifts at 235#.

    I used a red band for dips and did pistols to ~17″ box.
