  1. Full 6am class! 14:35.

Slower than my last Helen, but I used a much smaller band. Skinny blue band for 20 pullups, double skinny blue band for the remaining 16.

  2. Best picture ever!

    • AGREE! So proud of you, Kelly!

    • I want to print this picture out, have Kelly sign it, and make him my pin up at work!

      • Me too me too!

  3. 10:55 Rx. Way off my PR of 9:37 a year ago. Getting back in shape is the worst.

  4. 13:14 RX which was slower than my last time at 12:48. I blame it on the runs.

    Pullups
    Rd 1: sets of 4
    Rd 2: sets of 3
    Rd 3: sets of 2

    Kb:
    Rd 1: unbroken
    Rd 2/3: 10/11

  5. 12:17 RX, 116

  6. 13:07 Rx
    Those KBSs kill me

  7. 13:XX Row, KBS unbroken and pull ups where in sets of 2 and 3….I’M TIRED!

  8. A slow Helen is better than no Helen. All KBS unbroken; runs slow; pull ups slow with my tiny red plus tiny blue.
    15:41

  9. 12:23 RX. Not sure if I’ve done Helen before, may have in the first month or two of my crossfiting experience.

  10. “DU Helen” with 50 DUs for the 400m Run. 11:26. PR by 37 seconds. Regular Helen PR is 11:13 and since Masters 2010, my goal has always been to equal/better that. Getting close.

  11. 13:32 Rx. PR.
