    7 faster than august,but also 5# lighter. Whoops!

  4. I could swear I’ve done “DT,” but I can’t find it. 12:50 @ 65#. Seems like I should have gone heavier, but I cannot imagine–it wasn’t the weight, it was the grip! Hands and forearms are jello. All jerks were unbroken, it was the cleans that were the problem.

    Boo! I so wanted to do this workout RX; this is one of my faves. Seems like everytime it comes up, I’ve got something going on with my back. Still I liked it at 65# – just makes it a different workout. I completed 2 rounds before putting the bar down. Rounds 3, 4, and 5 were unbroken with short rest & regrip between rounds.

    DT today: 50# in 6:59

    First three rounds unbroken. Rounds 4 and 5, rested after the 11th DL, all else unbroken.

    August 2011: 65# in 18:04
    Before that (can’t find the date – anybody know?): 55# in 16:49
