    40 leg raises
    -then-
    400 M run

    Last round I did sets of 3 to make sure I attained good form and brought my elbows in front and past my bar (which was freaking hard to do everytime but I think I didn’t it 85% of the time on this WOD).

    Row was tough starting out but C.Street yelled and pumped me up to finish fast! Thanks C.Street!
