  3. fantastic turn-out today! in just a few weeks, we’ll have a TON of extra elbow (and pullup/kettlebell/jumprope) room…keep on comin & try it out 🙂

  4. also, the “yo-bility” class rocked! (as usual) those of you who attended today already know this & i encourage all of our athletes to come learn how your body is intended to move

    • My last team tennis match is next Sunday. I’ll be back to yo-bility after that. It’s a great class!

  5. I’m really bad at yo-bility. I think I need to do the WOD first next time, I kept thinking about how much I wanted to do cleans the whole time…fail.

  6. I tried this one with a 50# dumbbell (all I had), and it killed me. Awesome.
