  2. Made it through 1 burpee in the second round. Pike push ups, assisted pull ups, 15″ box, 95# DL.

    Big crowed today at noon. Looking forward to our new BIG space! 😉

    did step up on #24 instead of jumps
    and rowed 350 meters instead of burpees……..

    Still modifying a lot but glad I’m getting some work in despite
    the injuries 🙂

  4. Liked this one. Lots of body weight.
    15 HSPU, but pretty crummy form on some. First 5 were solid.
    DL 135#. Still feeling the hamstrings from Sunday.
    30″ boxes R no fun
