  2. 10:58 at 95# (rx) and red band for dips.
    That’s a PR and 1:16 faster than my 1/3/12 Elizabeth with the same mods. 🙂

  3. 13:48 RX. I am very happy with this. I looked back at my pre-pregnancy PR and it was 10:42 RX. Which makes me wonder, how did I lose my spot on the board???

    Best part is when I did this on Jan 3rd coming off of a long break, I couldn’t do unassisted dips and I had to drop from 88 to 73 after 29 squat cleans. I finished in 13:33 that day. So it was a good morning!

    Somehow I’ve managed not to do Elizabeth since late 2009. Today I improved by 10# and 4 minutes.
