  2. Back squats @ 95 lbs. Planned to go heavier, but Michael gave some needed help with with my low back squat form. Metcon: 10:50.

  3. Today I was the Royal Queen of Negative Self-Talk. It started with a Facebook rant against thrusters and followed me into the gym.

    Back squats at 75#. Metcon in nearly 16 minutes at 35#.

    metcon: 8:05 RX (thrusters unbroken and good clip, just tells you how bad my runs got)

    Metcon 9:XX I forgot to rest after the first round so I think that really killed my second round – lol!!

    Guess who won’t be able to walk tomorrow – lol!!??
