    Pull ups (tan/purple)
    Dips (24″ box, heels on ground)
    135 FS (1st set UB, then 5/5)


  2. 1 RM front squat: 135# (PR!!!!)

    Metcon: pull ups (baby blue band), dips on box (heels on box), 85# FS
