  1. Fun little workout: 7:47 with 105# on DLs.

  2. Had major butterflies about this one because I struggle with box jump terror and deadlifts nearly always mess up my back.

    It went really well!!! Ha!!

    90# and 15″ box: 10:46

  6. Used 125# for deadlifts. 20″ box proved too challenging first thing in the a.m. and after DLs, so I switched to short black box w/ 25# plate on top. 10:42

  7. 9:15 started RX but back tightened and dropped to 135 for last 3 rounds

    Thanks to William M for staying after the 8:30am to keep me motivated! Very tough WOD for my very sore legs. This is day 3 after 12.4 and still no relief. Worst soreness ever.

    • I’m in the same boat. Only today did it not hurt to touch my legs. Crazy soreness.
