  1. Did the open WOD today at Crossfit Steamboat. 153 reps Rx. I had hoped to get more DUs, but then my last “Karen” was 11:08 with the 12# ball, so I can live with this. Fourteen lbs is heavier at 7,000 feet!

    Worked out with another woman, Karen, who got 2 MUs! Awesome. Thanks to Coach Mike for coaching and counting.
