WOD 12.2-60 Reps
I finished my first 2 rounds with some time to spare but was unable to snatch 165# even once. It will be fun to see some high scores from those who are able to put these heavier weights up…get it!!

I did 64 reps. OnceIi put on the 100 pounds with minutes to go only could get 4 reps! Hard but had hurt shoulder and now it doesnt hurt!

The 135# is heavy after the first set, however I feel like I can get a few more out if I use my time a little better. Looking fwd to giving it another go on Sunday.

53 reps. And they weren’t pretty especially on the 75#. My 1RM Snatch is 77, so I’m happy with this. Might go again on Sunday and try Spilt Snatch. Depends on how I feel after being chased by zombies tomorrow! Yikes!

I was happy with my RX 49 reps. (55-yr-olds get to scale to 35#, 55#). My one rep max is 57# so getting 19 55# snatches was challenging. Made it more fun to fight for ’em!

WOD 12.2 – 61 reps
I was hesitant about doing the WOD today as I was just getting off the road from south carolina and i planned on making today a rest day. Buttttt I wanted to make sure I at least had a chance to do this a second time with a day of rest in between versus back to back days on Sat and Sun. That snatch cycle paid off because 165 was a PR! CFRX rocks!! Good job everyone today… The ladies are showing out on this one!
