40 Double Unders

NOTE: Sub 1-1 Rowing/jumping Muscle Ups if needed.

    75 for the 3×3 backsquats
    16:01, subbing dips and pullups for the muscle ups.

  2. worked up to 225# for the squats

    14:44, seated MUs with blue band

    Also beat last week’s PR on double-unders @ 34 on the third round!

    Metcon: 21:02 1/2 RX (After getting my first muscle up last week, I tried to do RX – instead, I did 2 MUs then 2 sitting MUs each round except for the last one, when I did 1 MU and 3 sitting)
