    I felt Iike I could’ve done more but I had to do this solo after coaching 8:30am, so no fire. Got 11 pullups in a row on first set which is a big deal for me. My abs are sore today either from the burpees or the yoga.

  12. …subjected every adult in my dojo ( to simply “5” minutes of burpees tonight (Monday night) in honor of the CrossFit Games…scores ranged from low 30’s to high 70’s…then they all had approx. 1 hour of being punched & kicked around a little… Yay Burpees!! 🙂

    Used red + my tiny red for pull ups
    Push ups really slowed me down. Coach TPoole called me out on the snaking so i tried to make them legit.
