Accumulate 10 minutes upside down (handstands, cartwheels, bat-hang from a bar, etc.) OR make up a previous workout.

...sub-6 minute "Nasty Girls"...BOOM!

  4. Excellent job David – I didn’t know how excellent until I made this one up; If I skipped the muscle-ups entirely, I still wouldn’t have been able to mee that time.
