Rest Day

Take 10 minutes to think about your “self-talk” and what language you use to decribe your performances AND/OR make up a previous workout.

    I practiced some positive self-talk and met Hilary at the pool for a coached swim session. She said my stroke is “pretty good” (or maybe she said “not bad”) so we worked on my kick and underwater swimming for improved lung capacity. I have 3 more sessions scheduled with her this week and then I plan to swim regularly to supplement CrossFit. This has been a goal of mine for a while, so I’m pleased to be moving forward with it. Thanks, Hilary! And Michael for the encouragement!
