  3. …didn’t get to use the new plates yet, but DID get a PR on no-false-grip Muscle-ups…4 consecutive!! (thanks Preston for the tip!) New goal is 10 consecutive (no-false-grip)…it will definitely be a reality before my 40th b-day in June!
