  3. Climb in a gym (min. 45 minutes) or out “in the wild” (min. 3 hours) at least twice each week between January and December 2012, as prep for the AMGA rock guide certification in early 2013.

  4. Unassisted Pull-Ups and FINALLY string some double unders together!

  5. To give every WOD my very best effort. 100%. Because by doing so, all of my other fitness goals should fall into place.
