    First date with Fran — 10:12
    Mods– red/grn bands.

  4. Last Fran I found was 2 years ago. I know I have done other Frans in the mean time. Great noon group!

    7:32 RX – 4 min PR
    Rounds of 21 and 9 thrusters were unbroken. Too much rest on pull ups.
    And one hour later and Fran cough is still hanging on.

  10. 6:14 Rx – finally an effing pr, been Feeling so slow lately, must be all of my excuses, still gunning for the sub six then sub five Fran though.

  11. 11:08 at 84#, pull-ups Rx. That’s the highest weight I’ve used so far, so I should be able to Rx it next time.

  12. Tips: don’t eat within two hours before Fran and have a designated driver. I puked for the first time after meeting Fran for my first time.

    feeling a little under the weather…so I need a fran redo too but this still is a PR.

    Last fran was the double fran did it in 16:00 for both and at 53#

  14. 8:56 RX
    ~2:30 PR from the last time but I successfully had avoided it for over a year.

  15. First time with Fran
    12:xx RX. Second barbell RX workout.
    Only 8 unbroken thrusters to start. Too much rest on thrusters.
    Pull ups all singles.
    Performed on Rest day.
