500-400-300-200-100 Meter Row
Push Ups (20/15)
100 Meter Sandbag Run (40#/20#)
50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders

For time.

NOTE: If rowers are taken, do 50-40-30-20-10 SDHPs (45#). Sub 3-1 single unders if you don’t have DU’s. For sandbag run, males grab 2 of our “turducken” or a single 20 K plate, females grab 1 “turducken” or a 10 K plate & run.
