Rest Day

Write down your fitness goal(s) for 2012 and post it (them) somewhere you will see every day OR (and) make up a previous workout.

Start the day right...burpees and pull-ups @ 0600! Boom!

    • …and 100% awesome form on those squat-clean-thrusters i might add. Outstanding! (and seriously, i was planning to strip your weight asap…but ended up using you as a positive example of “mechanics and consistency” before “intensity” for one of our new recruits)
