Start the day right...burpees and pull-ups @ 0600! Boom!

  2. This is a great post about scaling WODs vs.Going RX. The post contains lots of unnecessary F-bombs in my opinion, but still a good message, which is “Listen to your coach.”

    • …and 100% awesome form on those squat-clean-thrusters i might add. Outstanding! (and seriously, i was planning to strip your weight asap…but ended up using you as a positive example of “mechanics and consistency” before “intensity” for one of our new recruits)
