    very light but my back hurt from yesterday.

    tried 10 minutes of double unders, frustrating!

  4. The idea of stretching today sounded greatbut then I kind of spontaneously did a 30-mile bike ride this afternoon. Yes, 30 miles. It was in commemoration of World AIDS Day and involved a lot of Emory people working on an AIDS vaccine.

    • Nice, Joy. Maybe next year you (and Ruth) should do the AV 200. I’ll be your crew. 🙂

    BIG thanks to the 6 o’clockers who had to fend for themselves when I had to jet for a family emergency tonight. Thankfully, my kiddo is 100% ok! Just want you all to know how much it means to me to have such a supportive and dependable gym-family…you’re the Best!
