  1. Made up Wednesday at home:

    I can’t kip on my pullup bar so I did three sets of 6 strict pullups
    DL 145 lbs
    Burpees 2:52
    C and J 65 lbs

  2. Made up Wed
    12 pullups
    DL: 121, 131, 141, 151 F, 141
    Burpees: 2:35
    Clean- 73# squat cleans (~70% of 100 # squat clean max)

    Made up Tues
    Subbed pike pushups for HSPU, the rest RX. 15:30ish. So tired now.
