**Nutrition Challenge!**

Don’t Eat Crap!

CFRX Nutrition Workshop, Saturday, January 14

Don’t forget the nutrition workshop on Saturday, January 14, 10-12, following a 9am team WOD.  The first hour will include an introduction to Paleo/Primal eating by fellow-CrossFitter and Registered Dietitian, Erica Stelten. Coach Pat will be sharing from her personal experience with paleo eating. The second hour will be devoted to Q&A and group discussion.

For those who are interested, the workshop will mark the beginning of an 8-week Don’t Eat Crap Nutrition Challenge. Of course, go ahead and start cleaning up your nutrition now. There’s no need to wait until the 14th to stop eating crap!

 The workshop is open to all members at no charge. Feel free to invite non-members who have a serious interest in the topic. There is no charge for non-members.

 Coffee will be provided, but bring your own post-workout snacks if you require them. 

If you plan to attend, please post to comments so we can have an idea of the number attending.

If you have a portable beach/camp chair, you might want to bring it!

    • Joy, I ran this by Kelly and Michael. I’ll get you an answer shortly.

    • The workshop is open to members and non-members at no charge.

      And maybe bring your own chair.

      I may ask for a count of those planning to attend – just so I have an idea of how many folks to plan for.

      • Hate to miss this but I’ll be at CFED to “coach” the kids. I sure could use a re-fresher after Robb’s Nutrition Cert in 2008.So glad you are doing this Pat. Great way to kick off the New Year at CFRX!!

  26. I will attend. Cool! Bought “The Paleo Diet cookbook” and made a cauliflower and zucchini dish (puree w/ garlic). Winner! And, my kids liked it. Double score.
