Rest Day

Jump rope outside for 15 minutes OR make up a previous workout.

6:00 Skill Class: Goal Setting & Jumping stuff (rope, boxes, broad, etc.)

    Would’ve been a little closer to 300 had I not stopped after 2 min on a round. Was thinking I’d really sucked that round, but Kelly told me to get up and get moving.

    • Wonder if they had permission from CrossFit to do that? If not, here come the CrossFit lawyers. Good boxjump demo by Bob. SDHP looked ok too, but his push press and slamballs were WRONG! And, apparently Jilian is not as fit as she looks.

      • for someone who constantly yells at people and makes them cry, Jillian should have some more mental toughness.

    • She’s not used to being gassed.

  3. Made up Wednesday.

    Snatch 66#. Easy. Felt good.

    BP: 127. PR by 2#. Previous best was way back in July of 2010. It’s nice to PR on something!

    AMRAP RX, 4 rounds + 3 DL’s. This was tough. The 135# deadlifts felt heavy and slow. I can tell I haven’t been lifting heavy. I had some minor pain on the negative so the back is still not well. First round was unbroken; rounds 2-4 were done in two sets.
