Rest Day

Learn and play a new sport OR make up a previous WOD. Oh, and sign up for the CrossFit 5k that will be held on November 19th…everyone in CFRX needs to be at this event…fun-run or for time, no excuses…come out and support the community! 🙂

    Good workout, but not much of a rest. Will likely be taking tomorrow off.
