  1. I put my nanny toddler (28#) on my shoulders and climbed the stairs, trekked around the High Museum and ran around the park after her today. I also carried about 115# of canned foot into the food bank this morning. Speaking of which – Erin and I are organizing a canned food drive for the Intown Collaborative food pantry. Watch for a poster and collection bin during Nov and Dec. YES!

  2. Tried making up yesterday’s WOD but I’m having bad sciatica/piriformis issues and couldn’t get through 4 rounds since my runs were uber slow. Worked on handstands in the front yard with the kids. Beautiful fall day.

  4. What a difference a day makes! Did a 5-mile interval run in 61 minutes this evening and felt fantastic. YAY!!!
