Andrew just came in one Rest Day (after much concentrated work on technique & position) and decided to get his first...then second and third...unassisted muscle-up! Well done sir!

  2. Congrats, Andrew, on the muscle up! That’s a really big deal!!

  3. Nice!!

  4. Way to go, Andrew!

  5. Great job, Andrew!

  6. Thanks guys. Thanks Mike and Kelly for staying on me.

  7. That’s awesome bro!

  8. 12 minutes of abs…

    Tabata hollow body – 13
    Tabata v ups – 6
    Tabata hollow body rolls -6

Fun working alongside Joy and Connor today! 🙂

    • Yes, as Michael promised it was “all kinds of fun” to do 12 minutes of abs. I downloaded a free tabata timer and discovered it didn’t have sound (free, right?), so I got preoccupied with just knowing when to work and when to rest. No score but got some good work in!

  9. Went over to CFED for Amazing Grace Fundraiser. My back is bothering me some so went light 4:07 75#–mainly PP not PJ because the position of catching with bent knees was painful.

    (PR is 5:32 at 85#)

  10. Nicely done Andrew!!!
