Go outside and do any exercise you might normally do in the gym…post exercise, reps, load, details to Comments OR make up a previous WOD

  1. Hi CFRX friends!

    I did a 10-mile interval run yesterday in a massively hilly neighborhood with Team in Training. This was possible ONLY because of CrossFit. Period. The end.

    If any new people are wondering whether all the suffering of CrossFit is worth it, Terri sez …

    25 box hops 20 inches
    20 KBS @ 35#
    15 toes to bar
    10 burpees

    3 rounds + 25 box hops + 12 kbs
