Practice climbing things (e.g., stairs, trees, walls, rocks, tall people) & then do it again faster OR make up Mon/Tue/Wed

  1. Rest day WOD….4 rounds 7 cleans @ 135, 7 c2b’s….followed by heavy deadlifts glute ham raises x 5rds and 60 second L holds x 5 rds. Ouch!

    For reps —
    2 rds: 1 min rotations through 3 stations (shoulder press, push press, push jerk). Bear crawl to each station.

    60 reps

  5. I climbed hills…that counts right? 10 miles at Sweetwater – still taking it easy for the ankle.
