  2. I like planking. Got to 2:43 before taking a break and hoped I didn’t need another break but had to take one more brief one. Was done about 5:10

    Thought I had done “Connor” before but can’t find a compare-to date. This is a good mental endurance one — I was praying for the end to come. 44# — got 10 rounds and then thru 3 push presses

  3. Held plank for 3 min, then took 3 more breaks for a total time of 5:21. Then Connor for 12 rds+5 DL/2 HPC. Tough one! Great class Erin!

  7. Hey All- In case you haven’t heard, Laura went to the hospital yesterday with preterm labor. They have slowed the contractions down, last I’d heard. I’m not sure of the hospital (assume DeKalb?); however, she isn’t up for visitors. Please keep Laura and her baby boy in your thoughts!

    Took me 6:40 to accumulate 5 minutes. First 2 minutes unbroken, followed by sets of 30 seconds, then 20 seconds. Hard for me.

  14. tough, but fun, one today. unsure of my total plank time.
    10 rounds through 4 front squats at 43#s.

  15. Made up on Thursday. Just had no endurance today –
    Connor – RX – 9 rounds even. Strength was fine, just had no engine.

    Hard one!
