    • Nice we tied.

  3. I did benchmark “Cindy”

    20min AMRAP
    5 pull up
    10 pushups
    15 squats.

    7rds & 5pullups, 3 push-ups.

    Pushups were holding me back, did plank doing down snake coming back up. I did Cindy on 6-25 and got 6 rounds. If I can continue to make that kind of improvement (1.5rds every 3 weeks) I will be very happy. Still got a long way to before I reach my potential.

  4. MANHANDLER!!!!

    That was one of the more difficult workouts I’ve had in a long time!
