  1. Yikes!

  2. It’s gonna be good!!!

  3. Don’t worry….it just looks intimidating 🙂

    • Or … perhaps … Rudy has lost his mind.

  4. p.s. Fantastic fun photo of Sarah!

    • Thanks!! Pond riding was really fun.

    • Sarah looks cute and happy!

  5. One of the tougher WODs, for real.

OHS with women’s bar, then + 10 lbs
Pullups regular and then CTB with red band

    Time: 34:38

  6. Great workout – something hard for everyone 🙂

OHS at 76, 88, 110. Pullups rx. DUs 100 then 50:100 w paralettes, then 100 paralettes after the 30 min cut off.

    Total time 34:09.

  7. Wow, this was hard.

OHS with womens bar and then 10 for 2nd and 3rd rounds. Pullups with blue and chest to bar with blue and small tan. 36:00 on the nose. At 30 min, I was through 4 of 6 chest to bars ( 3rd round).

  8. Delightful! 😉

    OHS @ 22/27/32 | banded pullups | DUs

Made it through 9 OHS in the third round @ 30-minute cutoff.

  9. OHS 55, 65, 75
    Pullups rx
    DU rx

got through 1 of the 6 weighted pullups at 30 minutes

  10. OHS 55, 65, 75 — Totally should have gone Rx here. All were unbroken.
25.14 — or something like that

  11. OHS were 66/81/95 (RX+)
    -all OHS at 66 unbroken
-OHS at 81# were broken 8/4 on set of 12. The set of 9 and 6 were unbroken.
-OHS at 95# were broken 5/4 on set of 9.
Pullups: Used my blue band round 1 and for CTB on rounds 2 and 3.
    Subbed 1000M row for 100 double-unders.
    In 30 minutes, I made it through Round 3, 9 OHS + 7 Pullups

  12. I am trying to solve my dental problem. One form of misery a day is enough. Dentist rx’ed an antibiotic that, when interacting with another med I take, could cause rhabdo! Got an alternative, so let’s hope that solves it.

    • Aww, sending good vibes to the universe for you, Ruth!

  13. Nice crowd at both the 8:30 and noon classes. I think everyone’s weight/scaling was exactly as it should have been. Had any of you gone heavier, you would have sacrificed form for intensity which is a no-no..
I should have scaled but didn’t expect to trip up on the first set of DUs which took almost 7 minutes. Not sure what happened there. Got thru some of the OHS at 80# (all singles). Bad day. Ah well! Tomorrow is another WOD! 🙂

  14. Shoulder felt funny today after some extra dips/MU/pullups yesterday on rest day so Kelly recommended I go heavier on the weight and do FS rather than really light OHS.

FS 66/77/77 (left at 77 for Rd 3 b/c 2 min left and didn’t want to waste time

    Pull-ups RX
DU pretty good for being tired

    2 rds + 9 FS + 2 weighted pullups

*not the best intensity today b/c limited by turnover rate on pull-ups

  15. Thanks for the coaching, Kelly. I felt a little better about my OHSs. Had to sub 50 DUs + 50 parallette hops for 100 DUs.The first round was 27# OHS and red band for pull ups. Second round was 32# and red band + my tiny red for C2B. When I started round 3, I stuck with the 32# for 5 OHS, then 30 minute cutoff was called.

  16. AWESOME crews all day today!!! You all killed it! Fun workout! At the end of every class, I felt much better about your OHS than when you came in. Progress!! Well done!

    WOD as RX in 22:??

    Lots of fun!

  17. 31:08 w/ 55/65/75# OHS and 150 mtn climbers for DUs. PUs RX, OHSs unbroken
