  1. Will the blog indicate what will be covered at each training session?

    • …it certainly will from now on 😉 tonight was Burgener Warm-up -then- shoulder press/push press/push jerk plus the finer points of split jerks -then- “the Bear Complex”…next session: deadlift, sumo deadlift (with and without highpull), medball clean plus a brief wod

  2. Guys, I’d love to take advantage of these sessions — especially the deadlift one — but I can’t make it tonight. Will you be offering them again in the future? Thanks!

    • We’re on a rotation of 8 classes, so you’ll def see these again. The whole series will be posted on the main Schedule link or on a separate page all it’s own in the near future. 😉
