Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back Extensions (or Good mornings @ 45 pounds)
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

Tough WOD! Seeing all those Filthy 50 folks working their butts, kept me trucking through my heat! Way to go 8:30 Peeps!!! 🙂
Due to personal time contraints and the fact that we started the workout late, I had to switch to 30 reps in the middle of the workout in order to get out of the gym on time. Also, I am still foregoing any jumping due to injury so I had lots of mods. Here’s what I did:
50 Step-ups (subbed due to injury)
50 pullups with green (subbed for j-pulls due to injury; these are way slower than j-pulls for me)
(then switched to 30 reps)
30 KBS 35#, unbroken
30 walking lunge
30 KTE, close to knees but not there yet
30 push press 45#, unbroken
30 good mornings 45#, unbroken
30 wallballs 14#
30 burpees
600M row (subbed for DU due to injury)
Time: 26:17
Sorry you had to cut back today. With a large group like that, we should’ve just warmed up all of the movements for a “warm up.” Glad you got out of the gym by 9:30am! 🙂
No problem, Christin! That wasn’t a complaint; just a comment. It happens sometimes, and F50 is a crazy wod to run, especially with a big group. Besides, if I were faster, like you and others, I could have done the whole thing in under 30 minutes! Someday. 🙂
The first time I did this was a month or two after I started CF. I finished 33.11…I think that is LESS time than I did today!! I am sure I had to scale back at that time and I did Rx today…but still!
I didn’t even pay attention to my time when I finished today, but I don’t think it was under 33 minutes.

finished the “filthy fifty” for the first time today. glad Kelly pushed me to finish. i wanted to quit at the burpees. T2elbows and WBs were no fun.

i was a slow poke…next time hoping for 45 minutes. excellent job today!!
My time was a lot slower too…I blame it on the heat…I could not get my breath at many points and felt like I was gonna puke…
but also, I did the box jumps to the new standard (which is slower) and I got all my WB pretty much to the target (with the 14 lb ball)…even though they were mostly in singles…I wanna do this one again in the winter – LOL!
last time was 28 and change…this time 35:10
Who all is doing the P-Tree road race on Monday??

Hated missing this today but had to be at the County Swim Meet Finals with my kiddies after coaching the 8:30am. I really hope to make this up tomorrow morning.
It was great visiting CrossFit RX today I had a lot of fun even if the wod was Filty Fifty 😉 Thanks to Michael for pushing all of us and if Im back in the area again I will definitively stop by 🙂

Still easing back in (which is by no means easy!) so I did Dirty Thirty. I did it RX in 23:21. Best previous time was on 12/17 when I did the full 50 RX in 29:59 when I was 4 months pregnant. Its hard to believe I ever did that.
