3 Rounds for Time of:

25 Box Jumps, 24″ (Regionals standard)
30 Pushups
35 OHS, 45lbs

There is a 15 minute time limit.

    Front squats @ 77#

    Metcon: 1 round plus 25 jumps plus 20 pushups. All kinds of mods: 20″ jumps, used a band on the rack for pushups and the jr. bar for OHS. But, thanks to Laura, the red box and I might be making up after a long period of estrangement.

    Knocked out the last 35 OHS after time was called. This one was hard.

    I too, wish it had been just a bit longer time cut off….2 rounds, 25/26.

    I should have finished it…oh well…very hot at noon – lol!!

  12. A few of us are planning to climb Stone Mountain this Sunday morning. If you are interested to join us, meet at the base of the mountain, near the bathroom house, by 7:30 am sharp, ready to climb. We will be heading up by 7:35.     Got 2 rounds in 12:00 minutes and then dropped bar on big toe. The thought of box jumps was not going to happen. Thanks Ruth’s mom for the Advil, it is working great right now. Good luck tonight Ruth.

    realized i did 35 pushups on rd 2. oops

    -glad the toe is better Bryan, that looked painful

  15. Front squats at 55# which is about 55% since my form was sucky at higher weight

    Jumped on red box. Started OHS with 33# but after about 15 switched to pvc.
    2 rounds plus 25 jumps plus 17 push ups
