    On first round of amrap I wasn’t sure if I had done 20 or 30 sit ups so I went back and did 10 more. If I was wrong that cost me finishing the 3rd round. Dips w/my tiny red. 2 rds plus 10/20/25

  6. SDL, 186 – that’s 65% of 1RM for traditional DL. Felt very heavy. Consider scaling the SDL down a little next time since these are so much harder for me than traditional DL’s. My 1RM on SDL is 220 vs. 286 on traditional DL. SDL;s bother my bothersome right hip. Traditional DL’s do not. Sadri is aware of this interesting fact. 😉

    Subbed 30 Mtn Climbers for the 20 lateral jumps.
    My tiny purple band for r1 dips. Old blue after that.

    AMRAP: 3rds + 8/20/30 (RX but started on lateral jumps due to crowd at noon)

    • oh – need to work on locking out arms on ring dips. Had trouble as fatigue set in

    subbed SP for dips—no pain but 65# felt really heavy

  13. 131 for SDL…felt good on my back

    for metcon started on lateral jumps…

    3 rounds + 20 lateral jumps + 30 situps + 1 ring dip rx

    unfortunately, situps were killing my back (tailbone) had to do a modified butterfly

    gonna rest tomorrow and make it up on Thursday…after a week off, I have worked out for 4 days in a row and me and my hands need a BREAK – LOL!!

  14. Made this up on Thursday. 2 rounds + 10 dips (old red band) + 10 jumps. Jumps were slow. I wanted to do 3 rounds of this.
