  1. Power Clean Practice:
    77, 99, 119, 129
    (1RM is 142 from 3/28/11)

    Metcon:
    9:01
    105# PC’s (RX)
Subbed stepups for box jumps due to ongoing heal pain. Sadri’s latest prescription: No jumping for 4 weeks. I’m calling it Jumpless June.

  2. I’m wrecked(in a good way!) from Murph. Back tomorrow.

  3. My back/tailbone finally started feeling better yesterday…I think I’m gonna take a few more days off to let it heal better…ugh!

  4. Couldn’t make it in today to workout 😦 But i suppose the occasional rest day isn’t so bad…I’m pretty crushed from Murph anyhow!

  5. No box jump fear today! Yay!! 😀

    54# + 18″ (new box jump PR) = 9:47

    • Awesome, Terri!

    • That’s great, Terri! Happy for you!

  6. Sick as a dog. Sore throat and sneezing. I’ll be heading to bed after work. Hope to be better soon and back at it.

    • Feel better, Brent!

  7. Metcon: 8:08 @ 142#

  8. More Rxers have posted today about injuries or ailments than the workout. This cannot be good! Hope everyone recovers quickly.

Tried to focus on form today as my clean form is poop. Did the Metcon with 110#, (which I thought was 120) in around 6:40. Need to practice this movement more.

  9. 8:48 w/ 86# NJCs (no-jump cleans ;)) and step-ups

  10. 10:58 RX

  11. 9:22
    99# and red box

  12. My power cleans need work. Need to keep my butt down. Keep my arms straight. Remember to jump and get under and elbows fast. Got to an ugly 87#. My April 1RM was 88. On a happier note, it made me feel good to do the wod without having trouble with the red box since my legs felt shot from “Murph.”

    9:35 with 70# & 20″ box

  13. 10:14 with 140#

  14. 110# Power Cleans
    20″ Box

    11:25

  15. 76# power cleans and 24″ box

    13:29
