  1. Rounds went like this: 13/11/11; 13/7/11; 13/8/10; 13/8/10; 12/8/12 for total of 160 reps
    Push presses @ 54# and SDLs @131#

  2. Had to sub 44 lb KBS for DL
    Push press at 65 lbs

    42/38/37/38/39 = 196 reps total

    Not used to working out at 6:30 am – felt sluggish!

  3. Good morning CFRX! Thank you all so much for your kind messages yesterday on the blog and on facebook. Things are really looking up around here. My mom got great results on her stress test and is back home with me. She was supposed to leave today but she decided to stay until Friday so I can keep catching up on sleep. I am doing so much better. The antibiotics are taking care of the mastitis and the pleurisy is getting better every day. Van is SUCH a good baby and hasn’t made a fuss over anything the whole time. We went for our 2 week appt yesterday and he has gained 14 oz and 1 1/2 inches in 11 days! So clearly my little oinker has not suffered through this ordeal. He is a champion nurser! Hopefully this will be the end of our drama! It was our version of the rapture since it all came crashing down on May 21st. I miss all of you and look forward to seeing my RX friends soon!
