  2. Did 5RM rather that 1RM to work with lighter weights and protect my back. Worked up to 159#, a 14# PR for 5RM front squats.

    Metcon: 8:58 (Rx)

  3. 1RM was 101 (PR by 20 lbs from Jan. I believe!)

    Metcon: had trouble on red box and switched to 19″; used blue band for c2b. 13:06

    I did a slightly modified workout since I am not suppose to be jumping right now. Here’s what I did.
    21-15-9
    burpees
    step-ups (22-16-10)
    CTB (blue)

    Front squat 181lb (PR +16lb) – dropped the bar twice at 198lb
    Metcon: 12min Rx – much improved CTB

    WOD: 8:47 (subbed step-ups for box jumps)
