Rest Day

  1. Had Coach Pat all to myself this morning. I picked a crossfit mom workout but did squat thrust burpees instead of pregnant burpees because those are silly. But I must say the squat thrust burpees were very hard!

  2. Went to crossfit Sparta. They made me do their beginner wod…even though I told them I had been crosfitting almost two years….
    20 min AMRAP
    20 pushups
    200 m run
    20 situps
    200 m run
    20 squats
    200 m run
    20 burpees
    200 m run
    20 KBS 20 lb
    200 m run

    1 round plus up to 12 KBS

    They did a complex 5 DL, 5 front squat, 5 cleans, 5 push jerk at 135/95
    Our coaches would have been appalled at the extremely poor technique and lack of standard movement (full lock out, full standing after the jerk, etc). It was hard to watch some of them…

    I’m off to panama city next will try out their CF gym too:-)

    30 KBS, 35#
    30 Pushups, games std
    30 Lateral jumps, 12″ barrier

    RX, 4 rounds + 3 KBS

  4. Joined the RX at Sadri club today.
    Instructions nothing overhead,no pushup, no dips,….all those shoulder mvmts x 2 weeks.

    Did some incline work on treadmill today prior to appt.

    Will be in tomorrow for WOD with mods:-(

    Liked this one b/c it stretched out my back and didn’t wreck my hands.
