    6 MU in 7 min

    7 min AMRAP
    3 rounds plus 7 swings

    Used the 44 lb KB…tried a few with the 55…I need to take ownership of the 55!!

    45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
    21 Burpees

    PR: 12:59

    • You’re welcome, Sheryl! I’m looking forward to trying out mine. The folks who didn’t get their jump rope today, I left the box with your ropes leaning up against the lockers and there’s a cable cutter with it.
